Woodway Lattice

Available in Privacy spacing (70% shade – 1.75" nominal openings) and Garden spacing (50% shade in square pattern; 60% shade in diagonal pattern, 2.5" nominal openings).

Woodway lattice is available in 4x8 panels in Clear & #1&Btr grades in Western Red Cedar; Mahogany; ACQ Treated Hem-Fir; and Primed. Regular lattice thickness measures nominal 1/2" at lath intersections, while Heavy Duty measures nominal 1".

Clear Cedar: Clear grade lattice is made entirely of smooth-sawn clear lath. An occasional bird’s-eye or pin knot is permitted, but no holes, wane, splits or stains are allowed. These panels are assembled with glue-coated stainless steel fasteners to eliminate rust stains.

No. 1 Grade: These lattice panels contain a substantial proportion of clear lath, but allow sound knots and other minor wood defects. These panels are assembled with glue-coated galvanized fasteners.

Woodway Deckrail System

Available in clear, kiln-dried Western Red Cedar, Mahogany or two-coat Primed, the Woodway Architectural Deckrail Series adds refinement and distinction to every outdoor railing project. The Woodway Architectural Deckrail Series features pre-assembled railing panels in five patterns. Each pattern is manufactured using mortise and tenon joinery and is secured with urethane glue. The panels are available in net 44-1/2", 68-1/2" and 92-1/2" fixed lengths to fit 3-1/2" posts measured on 4', 6' and 8' centers. Panel patterns are available in net panel heights of 30" and 36" suitable for finished rail heights of over 36" and 42" respectively.

Woodway Quick Clad Post Sleeves

Quick Clad Post Sleeves are designed to quickly upgrade the appearance of posts and railings with a professional, finished look. Choose from either Western Red Cedar or Mahogany Post Sleeves. They are already assembled and cut to length for residential and commercial rail heights. Each Woodway Quick Clad Post Sleeve comes fully assembled and individually cartoned with pre-cut base molding included. Installation couldn’t be easier. Simply remove the post sleeve from the carton, slip over the existing post, shim the bottom and top and you’re ready to add the pre-cut base molding and the post cap style of your choice.

New Zealand Radiata Pine - Clear, S4S

Plantation grown sustainable resource certified by FSC. A well-established process of genetic engineering improvement produces a wood with consistent light even color and strength. Well-timed pruning increases the volume of clear wood. Kiln schedules play a critical role in reaching the objective of 10-12% moisture content, and a uniform absence of surface checking, warping and staining. The impressive range of applications that radiata pine is ideal for includes furniture, moulding, millwork, machining, painting, staining and gluing. The even texture and relative small difference in density between spring wood and summer wood result in outstanding machining properties.

Primed Poplar S4S Boards

Poplar is a plentiful, stable, high quality hardwood. This specie machines exceptionally well while at the same time remaining scratch and dent resistant. The priming process consists of a heavy, uniform primer coat that minimizes grain rasing. The boards are also sanded and buffed to a sheen during this process that will provide labor savings in the field by finishing with one coat of quality paint. These primed poplar boards are available in solid random lengths and finger-jointed 16' lengths.
